Welcome to Hinkebein Hills Farm

Hinkebein Hills Farm raises ANTIBIOTIC FREE and HORMONE FREE beef and pork, as well as free-range chickens for eggs. Hinkebein Hills Farm has it own processing facility were they process and make all of there sausages they also do custom meat processing for individuals. Hinkebein Hills Farm is a State Inspected facility.  Founded by Karlios Hinkebein in 1989, this 37 acre farm is located two miles north of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. It is a family-run operation. Visitors are welcome to tour the farm, see the animals and sample meats in the retail store. Buying locally raised natural products supports local farmers.
